Quality Inspector

Precision machining company in Lancaster, PA is looking for a Quality Inspector on 1st shift. Clean and climate controlled machining area. Great company culture with a long tenured management team. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in Quality Inspection.

Quality Inspector

1st shift shift: 7a-3p Mon - Fri

Pay Rate: $25-32/hr

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products, using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, thread plug and thread ring go/no-go gages, optical comparators, and video inspection equipment.

• Perform first piece inspection of intricate parts with minimal supervision for the acceptance of machine set up approval.

• Conduct visual inspection as per customer requirements and/or standards.

• Accurately document inspection features and record data.

• Interact with manufacturing personnel to maintain the required level of quality for all manufactured components.

• Assist in the preparation of inspection documentation and accurate inspection methods for new and revised products.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
