Quality Inspector

Description:

They will be responsible for inspecting machined parts with calipers, micrometers, and a CMM per blue print specification, as well as testing product that has been assembled. They will be creating inspection check sheets and rework orders. Over time, they will have the opportunity to move into a leadership role and train other employees.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES

-2+ years experience as a quality inspector/quality assurance in a manufacturing environment

-Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001 standards

-Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and operate a CMM

-Ability to read blue prints

NICE TO HAVES

-2 year tech degree (i.e. machine tool)

-Set-up and/or programming experience in a CMM

-Leadership experience
