Job Title: TIG Welder

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to help manufacture and fabricate finished metal products. Your primary responsibilities will involve welding on stainless metals to create drainage pipes/parts for underground water management. You will also be tasked with following a plan for welding sequences, selecting appropriate electrode type and size, and regulating current voltage for proper penetration and fusion. This role requires flexibility, as you may be called upon to assist with other miscellaneous tasks such as inventorying parts or running various machinery to aid other departments.

Hard Skills

• Ability to produce satisfactory TIG welds on 16 gauge stainless steel without using filler rod

• Proficiency with blueprint and ability to weld within tolerances

• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and maximum of 100 pounds

Soft Skills

• Adaptability to perform various tasks

• Ability to follow plans and blueprints

• Physical strength and stamina

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Work Environment

You will work in an indoor shop environment. Please note that it is a smaller shop and can get dirty from the fiberglass. The regular shift is from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
