    The Production Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and have responsibility for the management of the Line 7 production. You will plan, organise and coordinate Production Team Leaders & Operators to manufacture products at the highest quality and value, whilst pursuing a high level of customer satisfaction and integrity. You will work a rotational shift of 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00 Monday - Saturday.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements

    • Ensure the standards of cleanliness and GMP are maintained within the production plant keeping at all times the process area in a clean and tidy condition.

    • Ensure that the cleaning cycles described in the operating instructions are carried out thoroughly.

    • Ensure that all duties are being carried out as per procedures and to the required standard.

    • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in terms of production and resources (labour and material) planning and assure that production performance and efficiency variance are in aligned to the daily/monthly budget.

    • Provide effective feedback to the Operations Manager on relevant issues regarding product quality, documentation errors, EH&S and process issues in a timely manner.

    • Assign tasks to team members in such a way that the more pressing tasks are completed first.

    • Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics.

    • Provides personnel mentoring, guidance and performance management necessary for their development in order to ensure flexibility and development for current and future organisation needs.

    • Ensure that such development occurs in an environment of empowerment as well as accountability and focus on results.

    • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.

    • Quality: Drives a quality/customer-oriented philosophy throughout the department and ensures that the correct infrastructure exists within the department so as to guarantee defect free products/services.

    • Enterprise Management System: Supports the Site Strategic EMS program with particular attention to 6S / daily accountability / visual management / process improvement and perfect equipment

    • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.

    • Communicates deadlines and implementation plans to team members.

    • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.

    • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

    • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.

    • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

    • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
