    Responsibilities

    Pay: $18 Hourly

    Shift: Full-time, 6am-2pm

    Position Summary:

    The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility

    • Empty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facility

    • Wipe down walls quarterly

    • Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment

    • Report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management

    • Assist management on assignments as requested

    • Other projects or duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experience

    • Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectively

    • Problem solving skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Forklift and scrubber certification

    • General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
