Federal government sides with Somali Muslims at Cargill plant

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has sided with Muslims who were fired from a Cargill Inc. beef processing plant in 2015 over a dispute of prayer during breaks. The Star Tribune reports that the EEOC's decision found probable cause that Cargill managers violated the Civil Rights Act by not allowing Somali-American workers to pray during breaks.
