Surface Grinder

Our client, a leader in knifemaking, is seeking a Surface Grinder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and metal grinding.

Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Surface Grinder

Location: Greendale, WI

Pay Range: Up to $25/hr

What's the Job?

• Grinding large steel plates and bars

• Set-up, adjustment, and operation of Blanchard/Mattison grinders

• Learn proper grind stone selection and use for steel to grind

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of experience with grinding metals/steels

• 1 year of machining experience

• Knowledge of machine operations

• Experience with inspection tools
